Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Cut each chicken thigh into strips, making about 4 strips per thigh.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Carefully remove the chicken from the marinade and add it to the pan.
  4. Keep the marinade for later use.
  5. Saute the chicken until it is browned on all sides.
  6. Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch with the water until smooth.
  7. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir continuously until thickened.
  8. Serve with sticky rice.
